The worst company
Guys definitely pay for reviews to have a 3.9 rating called into them to see where my package was beings it was scanned received by them 6 days ago and there has been no other scan. ( I work for usps as a mail carrier so I know the whole process of how it works) so I’m assuming it definitely got lost somewhere asked the gentleman to look it up in their system to give me an exact answer not what I’m seeing and he just put me on hold then sent me back to the main menu. Ridiculous
