Excellent service! Today I met Singh at the check-in office and he treated me very nicely. He was polite, professional, helpful, and respectful. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process very smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate his positive attitude and customer service. Highly recommended!
Wrost company I came here dec 15- 4 pm and now it’s dec 16 - 9 pm still not get door Try to avoid this company Also staff not give any idea what’s going on ( they just said wait for the call )
Worst experience, i have to wait for more than 24 hours to get dock, doesn't matter you have appointment or not, they don't care . 30-40 hours normally waiting time for them
COMMUNICATION is key everywhere. Come on now 🤷🤦. My hubby had a 7pm appointment last night. Still in staging area waiting. When running and operating ANY BUSINESS gotta have communication. Drivers are on a clock ⏰⌚ and time means money . Hopefully get loaded today 🤞🤞🤞🤞
