Two horrible experiences. In one application - the more egregious - the application had been abandoned for many years. They failed to reply to an action - the action was not reported and neither were the efforts to revive. We sent status requests which were met with statements that all was in good order. When we discovered the truth, they blamed their subcontractor and asked us to "forgive" the "clerical error." This is not a business that accepts responsibility for mistakes.
