I cannot recommend this Bank I have accounts in the bank they have limitation on our money we cannot transfer or withdraw more than $4,000, per month and we can not do anything. With our on moneyThere is only one ATM in Washington DC

The loan information they provide online is very misleading. The process takes far longer than indicated online, weeks, not 4 days… even when customers reply to follow-up questions and provide supplementary documents within hours of receiving the requests. Customers aren’t informed of the status of the loan via email. They’re expected to log into the bank’s online platform daily for possible updates.
