I finally got a call back after two weeks of waiting and the person who answered the phone was lifeless and very unhelpful. The whole time they sounded like they hated their job, And the lack of services or assistance provided was laughable. If you need someone to talk to who doesn’t care to provide any information for helping with your unemployment, look no further and call now!
Horrible Experience! lead me on to think I was going to get assistance, reached out multiple times, never received a call back after many voicemails. I would HIGHLY recommend going with other resources and save yourself frustration.
