I experienced workplace harassment and a toxic work environment at my last placement from them, I reported it and they ignored it talking around it and made it clear they only care about their own ends.
Not a pleasant experience with this organization. UHC seems far more interested in pushing paperwork through than actually paying attention to the details of an application. Despite clear communication with their staff and confirming my commitment to pay for the upgrade courses, I was contacted the day before the course started and told that the director had only now just been informed of my situation—and that they were now changing their mind. Zero at best.... After my in person orientation I received no call or email back to anything.... Wanted to learn more about the " Better Jobs Ontario " program and see what my options were and It has been almost a year and I have received zero help. No wonder why this cities unemployment rate is one of if not the highest in all of Canada.
