Paid for two service of process. The first they gave to an employee and not the individual who was supposed to be served. The second they made a single attempt, failed to find the person, and gave up.
Their process server that was same person to serve my documents for two services to the same individual. They use a template that they and they do not even take the time to read and ensure the wording is correct. They write the same information twice in the same sentence and are clueless that they did this. In this line of work it is very important that the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" are crossed.
