This was my second time working with Undisputed Legal, and once again I felt genuinely supported during a stressful, time-sensitive situation. Both Nasim and Brian were professional, patient, and thoughtful in their guidance, taking the time to clearly explain the process and next steps. In complex matters, that kind of responsiveness and steadiness makes a real difference. I’m grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Good price. Good services. Seem to be quick. The only problem is that they have a website that "FORCES" you to create an account if you use them more than once with the same email address. You will see a message that an account already exists when you use the same email address. There is no way to bypass it except to use another email address, which I did. Having used them more than twice, I ran out of email addresses. The only alternative is to either use another process server, or to send them a check or money order.

It is my pleasure to write a very well warranted review for representative Brian Ricks at Undisputed Legal Inc. My initial call started with questions regarding serving legal documents internationally (outside of the US). I’ve been working in this industry for 10+ years. I am familiar with the natural straightforwardness that it brings. However, never have I ever had a secretary as daft and arrogant as the one I’ve spoken to on the phone.
