Will never use this service again!!!! I paid for rush service which means 24-48 hours and while it was served the next day, I had to wait over 2 weeks for my POS. The first time I called to check the status, the person who answered the phone was very rude. The second time I called, the person was very nice and helpful, but at that point it was too late.
The White Plains division of this company was great. After going & not double checking to make sure they were on the up & up, I saw other divisions people were having trouble. However, that's not my story. Everything went well and I was relieved. If I EVER need this service again, I'm definitely using them again.
