I absolutely loved this job and the people involved in it. The unfortunate thing with this job it that some of the workers are close family and if you rub them wrong in any way they will let you go. I was the activity director there and did my job wonderfully and ALL the residents can back me up on that. The issue came when I was called into the office by the owner and he basically told me I'm not forceful enough with the residents. The wife and i went there to buy a piece of furniture, but it was raining and was told we needed to make an appointment, so when maintenance was there to load it! Sweet cause we couldn't do it by our self's. Plus, it started raining on the way there, so we got to see what we'll be going back for. That's why the 3 stars don't know much about the facility. One lady complained to my wife, saying, "Don't make much sense. Wait all month for her check just so she can spend it in a vending machine. "
