Mr. Underwood is AMAZING. He cares about his clients and he knows the law very well and is an incredible strategist. Watching him in action before the judge and the defendants during a highly contested partition action was better than watching competitive sports. If I could have had pop corn in the court room and jumped up screaming every time he “scored,” I would have. But of course we can’t behave that way in court. His prices are worth every penny. Don’t hesitate to hire him!
The Underwood Law Firm is my go-to for anything Real Estate Partition related. As a Realtor, I find they are very informational and helpful. They are the solution to many home owners who don't even know they need them. Heck, us Realtors didn't even know about the value this Law Firm provides. I have personally referred home owners who would like to sell their home but their partner does not. Do yourself a favor and reach out to them. Also, maybe google what a Real Estate Partion is as many do not know it's an option. ;-)
