I believe that Dave Underwood kept me in the dark about the status of my patent application so he could do unnecessary work that he billed me $520 for and that I paid in full. Here's the story and the facts. Dave helped me with the claims on my pro se application and got it approved. Satisfactory work by Dave, deadline met. The prosecution stage is over and a "notice of allowance and Fee(s) due" document was issued on 2/27/26. My application had 2 drawings that were pictures. These were flagged by the patent document office.... read more
