We are very satisfied with the service we received from Underhill. I had the displeasure of dealing with Mahira Sajid, one of the solicitors (qualified in 2024) at this firm, which my father had previously used when purchasing a property. He gave a glowing recommendation but sadly the solicitor assigned to him had retired. Mahira sat idle for two months knowing the urgency of the situation. I’m buying a house whose sale must be complete before stamp duty deadline. They also lost all my documents and never informed me in writing that they had even sent them.
