My mother and I needed help with a quit claim deed which we needed quickly. We came to Undergerg & Kessler and Andrew M. Washburn was able to assist us by going above and beyond and dedicating his personal time to providing us with much needed help during our time of need. We appreciate it and were happy with our interaction with this firm.
Me in my wife hired them to do a closing they took advantage of us big time the attorney, Name Kyle omg Very unprofessional the buyers paid for a survey they charge us for a survey like we paid for it They did everything they could do to get what they can get out of our money I am talking about everything I wish I could put the list of stuff that they charges for on here my wife said to leave it alone. then they had our proceeds held up for two weeks I was pissed about it.
