I used to shop here often and make the drive from the city of Buffalo with my children to find kids clothes and home items and Halloween costumes. However, about a year and a half ago when we arrived the bathrooms were no longer open to customers and I could no longer put my baby in the shopping cart. I didn't have a stroller with me because I didn't know this had happened. It was incredibly inconvenient and not worth the trip out here. I went there on a sale day and while it was busy, it was well-staffed. I was told they would tag larger items for me and they'd get them to car after paying. That prices went smoothly and I felt cared for. It was a great experience and I found a bunch of things I can use.
