Firstly, it's very difficult to get a hold of a live person. All calls are taken via voicemail and returned at their behest. That's a small complaint. I gave 1 star because they took my application money and never even met with me. I called the day I had an appointment to meet an attorney, well beforehand, and left a message stating I would have to reschedule. They never returned my phone call.
