Finally, some decent people in the solar and plumbing business! Matt and Helen were immediately helpful and transparent, and their years of experience evident. Their trusted installers (plumbers, sparky) were all great – speedy and thorough. Pricing was comparative with all the other sharks out there, but these guys cared and were very communicative, even in a busy time around Christmas. Thanks again, Matt and team. I cannot fault the service provided to me by Matt and Helen. Firstly, the RECLAIM unit is sensational. We’ve been using the system for a few months now, And it is brilliant, We run the unit for exactly 5 hours each day, Always hot, and we have some pretty long showers with teenagers in the house. Our electricity costs have been slashed.
