I wouldn't recommend this company to nobody, very poor service, never on time, and the drivers act like they are in the Daytona500 when they do pick you up. Sorry excuse for a cab company!!!
Very poor customer service. I called ahead 45 mins for a cab at a certain time. They didn't show so I called back at least half a dozen times all but twice it rang once went to voicemail. When I finally spoke to someone they said they would find out what is taking so long at this point it's bee 30 mins past the time I asked for. He didn't call back I called him again and the excuse i was given for being 30 mins late to a call for a cab made 45 mins before it was needed was he was in the bathroom. Poor customer service waited an hour no one came i called 3 times so i had to walk so if u need a texi dont use uncle sams go to taxi usa
Compared on other local taxi companies, this one had been the best, will always ride with Uncle Sam. Wait time had been 20 minutes. Friendly driver.
Excellent Service and kind and friendly drivers. Will never ride with anyone else, Maximum wait time has always been 15 minutes.
