I went to pick up some pre rolls at their sherwood park location one day. I prefer cones so I check out their selection. There are purple asterics pointing out the slim cigarette type. I choose what should be cones. The sales person agrees she is selling me cones. I open them up after purchase and see they are not cones. I return and question her about their mistake.
