My hex sign was lost during the Pandemic but I did not buy the insured service. I called Uncle Jack and he could not be nicer about this whole thing. He told me that he upgraded my shipping to insured at no extra charge. He checked and it was missing too long so he returned all my money. The sign never did showed up,.
