What a joke
Generally I would never go as far as to post a comment such as this, however considering my time spent with this bank and the poor quality of service I have received, its necessary. To start, I am not commenting about any other location accept for the 1809 Holmes Street location. To get straight to the point, the staff there is unqualified and I do not trust them with any viewing of my finances. This new branch may be small but it packs a punch. I use this branch for all my banking needs. This week, I went in needing a personal loan so that I can get my house ready to sell. It was approved and funded the same day. The staff are especially helpful and friendly. They have been able to meet all my banking needs with expertise and efficiency.
