Cindy is apparently the branch manager. here and its no wonder why this place has such low reviews. If she is qualified to run this place then they're doomed. She is rude, dismissive, and most importantly she is ill-equipped to handle many issues that customers may be facing.
Weird vibes from Asian lady
Staff here were not helpful. I asked for help with online banking, and the teller made me feel stupid. Their app is not user-friendly for bill pay. Customer service was bad. Moreover, the tellers here do not even say hello. This place should close down. They should just put a Patelco branch instead.
Horrible service! -0% if there is a space for a negative score! my wife went to withdraw some $$ for rent, the teller #1551(i won’t disclose her name), asked my wife to show her the US passport in order to withdraw the money from her account😳! my wife provided her US passport card, but still that was not enough for that woman to release the $$! i wonder when did this bank started to check demand for a U.S. passport in oder to withdraw your money! do they do for all of customers or “certain people “ who have accents??? does ... read more
