We worked with Mitch at Ashley’s Furniture to buy a new mattress! She was so informative and went above and beyond to explain everything to us. From picking a mattress, financing options, all the way to coverage and delivery options, she covered all of the bases and was so patient with us. She was truly amazing and is a great asset to Ashley’s Furniture. We will be back soon for other things we need and we will be sure to ask for Mitch!
Just stopped in looking for a certain sized couch
It well layed out, neat and clean store. Comparatively speaking, prices are reasonable relative to the other 2 furniture stores. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.
Adam was extremely helpful as the warehouse hours actually close at 6pm instead of 7pm. The store manager just reminded me of the warehouse hours (which are incorrect on Google and the front door) a few times and told me the store was closing soon. I drove over an hour to get there and Adam did me a big favor by taking the time to actually look at my order and helped me load my mattress before the store closed. Thanks again Adam!
