I have shopped at Unclaimed Freight periodically since the 80's. Mark Matteson at the Watertown SD store has been very helpful on this shopping trip. I got some great prices. Love my purchases. All of the items on the fireplace came from the bargain room...$3 to $10.

Phenomenal Customer service. This was our second and 3rd time purchasing from Unclaimed Furniture and again Jim and Mark never disappoints. Although we did have a few issues with the delivery team out of Sioux Falls. Jim advocated on our behalf and made sure we had a successful delivery and great experience and that we were completely happy with our purchase. He was there from start to finish. I definitely recommend them to my family and friends and anyone looking for furniture and a positive experience.
