Meadow was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so kind, personable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She made the experience fun with her great sense of humor while still being incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I recently broke the lever on a recliner chair, when i brought the broken part into the store they didnt seem interested in ordering a replacement and suggested i drive an hour away to the regional distributor to get the part. Since my recliner isn't that big of a priority to me and they seem to be uninterested in my business, i ordered the part online. Yes they have nice furniture but if this is direct representation of the service dept, i suggest you shop elswhere.
