We have bought 2 beds ($2800) love seat chair and a half and ottoman, leather living room set and again last year leather reclining set and now this year a sectional all from them. They have the absolute worst customer service. I received a message stating our furniture would be delivered Friday between 3-5. At 2:44 stating they driver was at my house. I told the lady my husband was in his way. He was home by 3:00 and they had left. Called the manager and they said they would waive the delivery fee and bring it on their own ... read more

Bought a couch there about a year ago. It was in the clearance area was around $350 original like $1200. My fiance and I though it was a good deal but we were wrong. The manager on staff at that time sold us on the stain protection spray for an additional $60 this did nothing. Within the first 2 months the fabric started to get pilly and decolored. worst furniture store in the area. I bought numerous items from them in Feb. 2014 and I waited until the end of May to receive all items. I moved my dresser away from the wall to plug in my cellphone cord and the end of the dresser broke. recliner doesn't recline, end table is missing a leg. I will never buy anything from them again.

Worst furniture store in the Fargo Moorhead area. I once bought furniture from there, It was nice when I got it home, but it was so cheaply made the stitching was coming undone within the first month or two. I also paid for warranty, so I called the store and told them about the stitching and they said I had to call the number on my warranty slip that they never even gaveeeeeeeeee me!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!! I paid at around 100$ for warranty and they dont even give me a slip for it, so they said they could not do anything about... read more

Very friendly and helpful salesperson - I was shopping for a futon mattress, and he helped me find the right one for my futon frame, even though it was not the most expensive one; in fact, the one he recommended was the least expensive. I appreciated his efforts to find something that would meet my needs, not just to get the biggest sale. I'm surprised by the reviews below because I've never had a poor experience shopping there! They have hands down the best prices in town and the salesmen that I have met have been extremely helpful. My only complaint is the delivery time, we had to wait over a week. Thankfully the delivery crew was great!

Not recommended if you want timely service! Our salesman was very nice but, we were promised a delivery date a week after the purchase, paid the entire amount for couch & delivery. Our check cleared within 3 days of writing it. We STILL don't have our furniture. We ordered it in the first week in February & it is March 30! We also called several times & got a different answer each time.
