I was paying on a mattress in a box through layaway at this store for about a month in a half., the mattress was close to $900 after I finished paying for it my sons went to pick it up for me, the mattress came out the box really flat and once they finally put it on my box frame it fluffed up to be 18 inches however the mattress is lumpy and it feels like I’m sleeping on a slope Very uncomfortable.my back hurts when I awake in the morning. unclaimed frieght! I went in to purchase a bunk bed for my boys, got a great price from the owner, they delivered it on time and i set the bed up in less than 20 minutes. at that time i discovered it was the wrong bed. I called the owner back up and he did not know the distributer changed the actual bed, and he went out of his way to get me the bed i actually ordered! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

junk I was looking for some furniture for my sons dorm room and someone had mentioned to me to go to unclaimed frieght. Once I stepped inside I knew why it was all "unclaimed" stuff. Very low quality, the prices were overpriced for the quality of furniture they offered. I walked in, and right back out. I dont reccomend this place to anyone.

We ordered a bedroom set and it was supposed to be delivered on 9/21/22. The delivery drivers were awful and couldn't get the footboard up the stairs. They were given permission by husband to take the item out the box but refused. The drivers took the furniture back. The "manager" Mark wasn't helpful at all. We went to the store after the delivery guys took all the furniture back and instructed us to get a smaller bed. Mark took off as wec were arriving and sent us inside to talk to John. I put a sectional on layaway WITH a deposit 2.5 weeks ago. Went today to pay it off and they sold my sectional! What’s the point of putting something on layaway if it’s gonna be sold to someone else??
