I started with Dr. Amanda in early Summer. I was at a point where i was dealing with neck pain for close to 2 years. Slowly but surely, my neck began to heal and I was able to get back to doing the activities I loved most. Amanda pushed me with a variety of strength/stretches that were instrumental in my rehab. I am so so appreciative of all the work she put in to build a program that got me back.
