Nneka Pray is a fraud, scammer, and thief!!!! I came to her for a business service which I paid upfront for that was never done. She refused to refund my money after multiple requests and then on different occasions, she refused to answer any of my calls or messages related to my refund. Nneka claimed someone else had my money and she could not get ahold of them to issue my refund! Be careful with doing business with her and her company because she is a liar and a fraud. Poor experience, last year was my first time doing taxes here. I scheduled an appointment and sent all documents that were requested through email . The taxes were submitted with only my husbands income .I have called , texted and I have received no response. When it comes to the IRS, mistakes like this shouldn’t happen at a professional tax establishment .
