I purchased our 5.5kW system early last summer to ensure that all the parts would arrive in the Fall when I had time to do the install. Everything arrived intact and the install was straight forward even though this was my first solar install. The system went live at the end of November and has been operating flawlessly. Called for price on 4 panels,good price,told they had them in stock,said they were open until 5.iI drove 150 miles arrived at 4:15 and they are closed.call back next day and I was told they required 24 hour notice to pick up the 4 panels and would be charged a $290.00 pick up fee.
can't get any help or they call it "advicement" but if you say you want help on a new system they say, go to our website, fill out the form and someone will get back you in 3-5 days.... great for them they are so busy they can't help new customers on the phone. Lost sales here... on to the next shop...
