Spent $ 500 on bird cage for a baby bird. I ordered from Walmart a week later order was canceled. Walmart gives 7 possible reasons for canceling so I called company direct and could not get contact. VERY POOR costumer service.
Do NOT order anything from this so called company. I ordered a Halco color changing light bulb via WalMart online, which came from these people. They proceeded to send me a broken Halco color changing light bulb in a box that looked like it has been run over several times on a freeway. When I called their customer service, their customer service representative hung up on the call and all subsequent calls went unanswered. Save yourself time, money and energy and avoid this place at all cost.
I bought what I thought was 3 jugs of Gutta Resist clear, I spent a lot of money for each. It came in the mail today and the box reeked of chemicals. When I opened it they had given me 3 bottles of solvent and they had leaked open all over and one bottle was almost empty and the other two part full. What a total waste of money. And their customer service is complicated. So sorry I trusted them for this purchase…. Money down the drain.
The Nana flakes I ordered through Amazon came earlier than the time frame predicted. They are very important to me and I appreciate being able to get them through Amazon.
If I could rate 0 stars I would... I ordered something over a week ago paid for shipping and the item a week later hadn't shipped, after a couple emails back and forth got the same response items ship 3-5 business days here we were going on day 10 of business and nothing luckily this order was a 3rd party item and it was canceled by the vendor.
