Worst customer service I have ever received. A package purchased from them was clearly delivered to the wrong address as indicated by the address shown in the delivery confirmation. They supposedly kept refilling claims with FedEx, and FedEx supposedly kept denying the claims but they never did anything to resolve the issue. No refund, no redelivery. No effort to resolve the issue for the customer. They sell items on Amazon and Walmart. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a laptop computer from this place that was shown in stock and paid with credit card. They had this on the Walmart website. They refused to ship it to me and after 5 days they cancelled my order and raised the price and asked me to re-order. They are not truthful business. They attempted a bait and switch scam.

Spent $ 500 on bird cage for a baby bird. I ordered from Walmart a week later order was canceled. Walmart gives 7 possible reasons for canceling so I called company direct and could not get contact. VERY POOR costumer service.

Do NOT order anything from this so called company. I ordered a Halco color changing light bulb via WalMart online, which came from these people. They proceeded to send me a broken Halco color changing light bulb in a box that looked like it has been run over several times on a freeway. When I called their customer service, their customer service representative hung up on the call and all subsequent calls went unanswered. Save yourself time, money and energy and avoid this place at all cost.
