This is a very strange place. They told me they couldn’t cash a check I signed. My own check, made out to me, could not be cashed if I sign it. Who else is going to sign it? That doesn’t make it less strange , especially from the perspective of someone who isn’t doing fraud. I sign all my checks before cashing them. It’s not like you’re going to lose any money from me never using you service. This is my review. Carry on. Thank you.

I walked in he didn’t speak I did. Asked him for a pen. He said “well let me run it first. Just want to make sure we can cash it first.” Then proceeded to take a very long time as if he was looking for a reason not to. Finally he says, “I think this place is open tomorrow. Because it’s a week old I have to call to see if it’s good to cash.” So I ask him. “You were searching for a reason not to cash it huh?” He aggressively takes off his glasses. Horrible location. Both of the older customers service rep are extremely rude. This location is disgusting. The employees have even NASTIER service. I wouldn’t waste your time or risk your health.

This place is a joke. I drive an hour there just to find out that they won't cash my check because of the amount..yet their website says nothing about that the check to be cashed needs to be under a certain amount. And they charge way too much to cash a check..for evey thousand they charge $30.00..another thing they don't mention on their website. What a fraud.

I am a 40 minute drive away so I called ahead of time to make sure that I was able to cash my cashier's check. I was told by the lady that I was that they did cash cashier's checks she gave me the amount of the fee I would pay and we even joked around a little bit on the phone. But 2 hours later when I drove all the way there and arrived and went in to try and cash it I was told that they don't make an absolute yes or no decision until you get there.
