I walked in he didn’t speak I did. Asked him for a pen. He said “well let me run it first. Just want to make sure we can cash it first.” Then proceeded to take a very long time as if he was looking for a reason not to. Finally he says, “I think this place is open tomorrow. This place is a joke. I drive an hour there just to find out that they won't cash my check because of the amount..yet their website says nothing about that the check to be cashed needs to be under a certain amount. And they charge way too much to cash a check..for evey thousand they charge $30.00..another thing they don't mention on their website. What a fraud.

Horrible location. Both of the older customers service rep are extremely rude. This location is disgusting. The employees have even NASTIER service. I wouldn’t waste your time or risk your health.

Could not get assistance from employees for nearly 12 min and did not even get a greeting there was 4 women behind counter assisting one person. I think it's really dirty and smelly unkept. Remodel sounds great new employees too

I am a 40 minute drive away so I called ahead of time to make sure that I was able to cash my cashier's check. I was told by the lady that I was that they did cash cashier's checks she gave me the amount of the fee I would pay and we even joked around a little bit on the phone. But 2 hours later when I drove all the way there and arrived and went in to try and cash it I was told that they don't make an absolute yes or no decision until you get there.
