Eich PTC has our account here. They are professional and very helpful. They know exactly how our PTC works and always have our paper work ready and waiting.
Oh my God, do not go to this branch without your pepperspray. No one wanted to help anyone, and the branch "manager" was on the phone talking about customers. Refused to help anyone "she was on the phone". Awful!
If you have any problem don't bother talking to the branch manager unless you want to be insulted. I have been to some terrible banks but this one is completely ridiculous! Tellers have more sense than the manager who told me " I don't have to explain that to you." Oh really??!! I would actually give them 0 stars.
