Horrible customer service!!! I am currently in the process of buying a home and my loan officer is slow to respond, rude, unprofessional and extremely lazy. Run and take your business else where if you want someone to actually assist you Umpqua is not it. There slogan should say worlds worst bank instead of world greatest bank.
