Jowed and his team were great to work with. Extremely communicative with regular calls to check in, and keep things on track. He was always willing to have a phone call, answer any of our questions and talk through different scenarios with us so we could make informed decisions. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.
5 stars isn’t enough. Jowed is a great person first and amazing loan officer. I had a bad experience with CCM but Jowed saved me from hell. Not only he got me approved with no issues but my rate was lower and I got the first time buyer program funds as well. He really cares about his customers and does not play around. Got my loan approved and closed within two weeks!!!! I will be referring and telling all my customers (since I sell cars at Hyundai) about Jowed and his amazing work he does!
