The people in this bank branch are so considerate and gentle to us, seniors. Nice spacious, tranquil office too. So different from the Wells Fargo branches in Santa Rosa , especially the one on Farmers lane by Safeway— small place, the bank people being impatient and not well informed. (We use both banks.) We have to drive further to come to this Umpquo branch but we prefer to visit here.
Outstanding customer service deserved my business. Unfortunate changes in personnel at another Oakmont bank made it possible
