I have had great experiences at this bank. I have business and personal accounts there. All of the staff is so kind and welcoming, and I always get in and out in a timely manner. They respond to requests quickly and are always on top of things going on with my account. I recently worked with Greg Inahara at the downtown Columbia Bank branch to close out an account for a person who died. Greg was efficient in handling the request and knowledgable in the process. Excellent service!
Very friendly and very helpful they handle all you problems
The menu does not have a 'deposit' option, even though the machine has a slot for cash/checks deposits. This is very annoying, because the last umpqua ATM I went to was out of order. I need to deposit my checks from work before I can do anything with it. Probably time I moved to a better bank.
