The menu does not have a 'deposit' option, even though the machine has a slot for cash/checks deposits. This is very annoying, because the last umpqua ATM I went to was out of order. I need to deposit my checks from work before I can do anything with it. Probably time I moved to a better bank.

We have four accounts that were started with Columbia Bank and we were very happy with their in person service and their online banking was a seamless process, especially between 4 accounts. The only reason I am not giving 1 start is because the people at the bank are kind and try in earnest to be efficient. Unfortunately there are too many arduous processes and the online banking is the worst I have ever experienced.
