I've been banking at this location for over two decades. They have been bought, sold and rebranded few times since my first deposit. I've been through plenty of changes too. Yet, the faces behind the counter have remained consistent, and there service AND ADVICE has been better than great! I'm living in Portugal now. I was very skeptical about the merger with Columbia. Excellent customer service and the local management is caring and hands on. Columbia Bank took over Umpqua recently and the transition has been seamless to me as a customer. A big, solid bank with great local representation.
