I really admire the design of the Umpqua credit card. It could have been the most well designed credit card ever. Now the merge makes the customer use a different version of the card issued by Columbia Bank. Truly disappointed. No design at all and it looks so plain.
Never have had a problem with Umpqua. Several years banking with them. All employees are wonderful.
I am literally locked out of my checking account while someone is making unauthorized charges and the only thing the bank associate can tell me is that I need to call the number on the card and she cannot help me at all. Worst customer service at any Bank I've ever seen.

They used to be friendly. Now they are rude, disrespectful, don’t know anything about your account and are not willing or able to help. Important notifications are not mailed to my mailing address.
