Oh if you don't use your card in a couple months they deactivate it. They also send your card and the pin in the mail for "safety reason " they're very backwards at umpqua your better off finding a better bank. There's other banks in town that offer better services
This bank is very friendly, always greets me with a smile and "Hello". It's nice to not just be an account number, but a name.
Great support from the front desk staff with a financial hacking experience, bank and auto loan inquiries, home refinance questions and rates, etc. and they tend to have very short lines. Didn't love that corporate sold my home loan to a crappy national mega bank, but that's common and I can't fault the branch. otherwise have had a good experience with this branch and the app.
