A bank can't change a hundred dollar bill? What lunacy is this?
I would have loved to give this bank 5 stars. Starting our account was wonderful with Chris. Everyone is usually so kind and nice to us. However, when we had a question about charges. The bank manager was very rude and arrogant. He was not very helpful. It was when I called the 1800 number that we got answers to our questions without arrogance and attitude. I will not speak to him anymore about anything anymore. I will only speak to those that have respect for their clients.
They’re my secondary bank, I signed up with ease online. Called the local branch for a debit card, Debbie was absolutely wonderful! Also enjoyed that she has a sense of humor :)
