Friendly and helpful staff. I gave ot a lower rating because often going through the drive-thru you have to wait 5-15 minutes to get a teller. When I was there 4 cars, including myself, were waiting with no tellers at the window for at least 8 minutes before one teller showed up to help all of us. It's pretty consistent at this branches drive-thru.

I really like this branch of Umpqua Bank. The staff is helpful, professional and exceptional! Thank you for the great service I get every time I'm there. Consistently fantastic!
