This will be my 3rd review on Columbia banks in hopes to get the information out there as well as allow corporate to see what is truly going wrong with the branches. I opened my bank in Phoenix Oregon the branch manager Melissa Doren has informed me they will hold money due to my account being in bad standing. Staff is ALWAYS HELPFUL!
Friendly and helpful staff. I gave ot a lower rating because often going through the drive-thru you have to wait 5-15 minutes to get a teller. When I was there 4 cars, including myself, were waiting with no tellers at the window for at least 8 minutes before one teller showed up to help all of us. It's pretty consistent at this branches drive-thru.
