Worst bank ever.
As business owners, we cannot recommend Umpqua highly enough. We previously banked with one of the largest banks in the country and received virtually no communication nor support when we needed it the most. The final straw was when we were applying for the COVID Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan. The bank we had been working with refused to communicate any updates on our application and then denied us because of a "system glitch." We have banked with Umpqua for 15 years and have primarily dealt with the Clackamas Branch. All of the interaction with the staff have been great. I especially appreciate Josh Kirby, he is personable and professional and helped us on a number of banking issues.
