Horrible Bank Horrible Branch.
Everyone is always polite and helpful. Have never received a snarky comment like move had at other banks. Recommended.
The absolute worst bank in the world to bank with. I make my mortgage payments every month with cash. I have my transaction withdrawal receipts from my other bank, and my umpqua online banking shows the exact dates i made my payments to my mortgage and a loan account at the same time. No problems with the loan account payments, but they somehow cannot find my mortgage payments even though they show in my online account history. Cash payments lost.
