I have absolutely nothing good to say about the "manager" Joanne, she is extremely unprofessional and hostile. No wonder time has not been in her favor. I miss Joy, the prior manager so much corporate needs to replace her because it's obvious she is not helping that branch grow.
I have had several accounts here since they were Sterling bank. The staff is friendly and helpful and I rarely have to wait in line for a teller. Since they came back to “normal” banking hours it has been even better.
