I have had several accounts here since they were Sterling bank. The staff is friendly and helpful and I rarely have to wait in line for a teller. Since they came back to “normal” banking hours it has been even better.
This new “atm” machine is truly the worst thing. They are forcing you to do everything online. Is this a way to scheme to make money off us even more by charging you online maintenance fees?? I’m taking my money out of this bank now as it’s no longer convenient for me. What do I do with my cash? Oh go show up on their stupid hours that they have. Their hardware is failing. Okay guys well while you fail and don’t provide basic amenities I’m going to move next door where they can.
I started an account with Umpqua Bank at the beginning of the year in early January 2023, I was excited to have a local credit union in my area. They said they were sending my debit card in the mail to my PO box. It's now the beginning of March and I still have not received the card. I went to the bank and asked them to send me another card at the beginning of February... they send me spam letters in the mail but I still haven't received my debit card.
