The female staff is super rude, they wouldn’t help me take $5,000 out of my account. They just looked at me like I was stupid. It was not a joyful experience. Definitely, try the Umpqua on Encino. They solved my “problem.” I walked out the Encino bank feeling heard.
The customer service is top notch. You get personalised attention that is almost absent in Big banks. Kudos to Kristine and the rest of the team. Keep up the excellent work.
HORRIBLE bank. My god, when you open an account online they require that you bring your drivers license, credit card statement, as proof of identity that YOU actually opened your own account. They won't even let you close your account till you show your proof of identity first. They withheld the money they required for me to open my account from me and deducted from by bank that I was transferring from. They withheld it for over a month till my other bank statement would come in to prove that it was actually from my own bank... read more
Garbage bank that will nitpick and sell your asset at the drop of a hat in order to help other criminals trying to extortion true Americans. They are true scumbags. If you let them control your funds (which they will misallocate and most like end up as a failing bank), you will only have yourself to blame.
