I've seen some of the negative reviews on here about poor customer service at this bank and my advice is take to social media and call this bank out and get people in this town to boycott this bank and maybe then they will work on implementing good customer service training like we as customers deserve in this town. Was happy until they froze my account with out notice. Then informed me I had to go in and clear some things up but have to wear a mask. I don’t like being forced to jump through the fire in order to get what’s already mine. Pick anywhere else to bank!
I call all the time, super patient staff, very helpful, always have quarters for laundry day!
Gets pretty bad when you can't get quarters for your business vfw has 2different accounts and when can't get quarters for both accounts it's pretty bad business
