We opened an account with Umpqua because we needed a safe deposit box. We intended on using them for all banking needs. However, we quickly learned their banking apps and website are archaic. Their fees are outrageous. And worst of all, their customer service, at least at this branch, is awful. I originally was looking forward to the merging of Umpqua Bank with Columbia Bank. I am extremely disappointed in the arduous and inefficient functionality of the online business banking. Searching for transactions or cleared checks is tedious, moving between screens in not user friendly and often requires multiple clicks instead of the streamlined system that I am used to. This is an ok location. Not to friendly. Even after making an appointment they still diddnt help me until about 25 minutes after my appointment time. Diddnt seem to care. I won’t be visiting this branch location. The location on 4th is pretty good.
Brad and McKenzie treat me right every time. Shout out Martha too. Never thought I'd be leaving a 5 star review for a bank, but these guys make it easy.
Slow service!!! Every time I'm at this location, always waiting. either long line or teller is doing their own thing.
