CPA's have always had a one sided relationship with banks. They demand and take and we give because they are arrogant and we're stuck. Having said that once had a client diverted from me to another CPA by Columbia which should never happen. They also acquired a bank that had to pay out part of a $19 million settlement for a Ponzi scheme that hurt locals badly. So not the best track record. Great Supervisor s wonderful tellers caring helpful I enjoy them. They address me by name..
I dont ever write reviews. This branch has rudest staff, as I experienced the most outrageous customer service here. Avoid this bank. There are plenty other banks with better staff and customer service.
Deposited a check, account shows funds available but they will not let me withdraw it. I wish banks weren’t necessary. The simplest and truest statement is “I earn money, I receive money, I have money” but that isn’t true when the bank aka middleman is involved and wants their cut. Decentralized currency couldn’t arrive soon enough.
