Umpqua clearly does not appreciate long term clients. They will run you through the ringer on procedures, that no other institution will. I say this as an Executive from another financial institution that was doing business with them. How Travis became an AVP, truly escapes me.
I have had very little problems with this bank nor any of their other branches nor their customer service over the phone! Everyone is friendly, the more you come in the more they recognize you! They always ask for ID and your debit card/info every time so they know you're the one accessing the account even though they know you! I've never had my account compromised to this day either! I’ve been banking with Umpqua for many years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else they have fantastic customer service every time I either go into the bank, their drive through or call on the phone. More importantly when I call I am able to get ahold of live person quickly and easily.
Opened a new account after having great experiences with this bank. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
