I dont ever write reviews. This branch has rudest staff, as I experienced the most outrageous customer service here. Avoid this bank. There are plenty other banks with better staff and customer service.

Deposited a check, account shows funds available but they will not let me withdraw it. I wish banks weren’t necessary. The simplest and truest statement is “I earn money, I receive money, I have money” but that isn’t true when the bank aka middleman is involved and wants their cut. Decentralized currency couldn’t arrive soon enough.

Went to drive-thru to pay my rent. Told the teller I was paying with cash, with a total of $550. I didn't look at the receipt when he handed it back to me because I was in a hurry. Granted, that was my mistake, when I went to the owner of my unit and showed him my receipt, I realized the receipt was wrong. It stated that I had paid $500.50!
