Now that they are switching brands its going downhill. I now dont get my atm fee refunded, but get an extra surcharge that didn't exist 2 weeks ago. Hit and miss on customer service even though the in person tellers are good, but online is trash. I have had proof that money was removed from my account but being told it never was. Umpqua, soon to be Columbia, is a horrible bank. Don't do business with them. Im closing my accounts soon.

Can't believe over 3 years post Covid, that the drive thru doesnt open until 9 and almost zero saturday hours. 5 minutes to make a simple withdrawl seems slow as well.
