This bank does all the bank things. I’m glad it is there
Can't believe over 3 years post Covid, that the drive thru doesnt open until 9 and almost zero saturday hours. 5 minutes to make a simple withdrawl seems slow as well.
Associate name was SUSIE This location for Umpqua bank has gotta be hands down my worst experience ever. Trying to cash bonds and I felt unwelcome and like they really don’t want anything to do with bonds. From Oregon but my girlfriend lives in Washington.
