Can't believe over 3 years post Covid, that the drive thru doesnt open until 9 and almost zero saturday hours. 5 minutes to make a simple withdrawl seems slow as well.
Associate name was SUSIE This location for Umpqua bank has gotta be hands down my worst experience ever. Trying to cash bonds and I felt unwelcome and like they really don’t want anything to do with bonds. From Oregon but my girlfriend lives in Washington. Worst bank u can go...
Very disappointed in this bank on 134th Street. The teller was rude to my nurse & then when I called them she refused to appologize. The teller kept telling my nurse it was policy...however the policy has never been inforced or implemented before with me the owner nor with my nurse.But the worst part was her refusing to apogize! I would like to change banks!
